Build strength. Restore mobility. Move pain-free.
I’m Wil — a personal trainer, powerlifter, and marathon runner based in Toronto. I have nearly a decade of experience coaching at F45 and working one-on-one with dozens of clients through in-home and private sessions across the city.
I offer strength training, mobility work, and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) to support healthy movement and sustainable strength. The goal is simple: consistent progress, gain freedom to do what you love, and deliver results that last.
What Clients Say
I work with high-performance athletes, new mothers, Bay Street executives, and seniors alike. Some clients come in focused on overcoming current or past injuries, others on setting new strength or performance goals—and many fall somewhere in between. While their starting points differ, the focus remains the same: thoughtful coaching and long-term results.

Services
01
Strength Training
Strength that supports performance and longevity.
I coach strength with a long-term view. In addition to my background in powerlifting, I’ve spent years working with clients of all experience levels—each with different goals, limitations, and training histories. Programs are built to improve strength, control, and confidence under load, while prioritizing joint health and movement quality so progress continues well beyond the gym.
02
Mobility Training
Move well for functional and sustainable performance.
After working with dozens of clients over the years, one thing is clear: mobility is essential to sustainable training. I use targeted mobility work to improve range of motion, coordination, and joint resilience. This allows clients to move more freely, recover better, and train with fewer setbacks—whether their focus is performance or everyday comfort.
03
Fascial Stretch Therapy
Hands-on work to restore balance and ease.
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a personalized, assisted approach that complements both strength and mobility training. Sessions are tailored to reduce tension, support recovery, and improve joint function. It’s especially valuable for clients managing higher training volumes, long work hours, or chronic tightness that limits movement.
Your Questions, Answered
Who is this training for?
I work with individuals across a wide range of ages, experience levels, and goals. This includes beginners, people returning to training after time away, and those looking to improve strength, performance, or overall movement quality. Programs are tailored to the individual, not a one-size-fits-all template.
What areas do you serve?
I provide in-home training in Toronto, focusing in the area from Broadview in the east to Mimico in the west, and north to the 401. This allows me to maintain consistency and avoid charging for travel time. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, feel free to ask.
What equipment do I need?
Very little. I can design a structured, effective program that primarily uses bodyweight and movement-based training, tailored to your goals, experience, and any limitations. In most cases, all that’s required is a small open space in your home and minimal, inexpensive equipment if needed. For clients focused on higher-level strength or performance, access to weights and a bench can be helpful but is not required.
What does it cost?
I offer competitive rates for in-home personal training. I do not charge for travel time. Pricing varies based on session frequency, location, and whether sessions are one-on-one or shared with others. I’m happy to discuss options and recommend a structure that fits your goals and schedule.
Do you work with injuries or pain?
Yes. A core part of my approach is helping people move with less pain by improving strength, mobility, and movement quality. Training is always adapted to your history, limitations, and current capacity, with an emphasis on building resilience rather than pushing through discomfort. If something doesn’t feel right, the program adjusts.
How long are sessions?
Sessions start at one hour, which is sufficient for most clients and goals. Longer sessions can be arranged if desired, depending on training needs and availability. Session length is always discussed in advance.
How do I get started?
Getting started begins with an initial call and session where we discuss your goals, exercise/workout history, and any pain or limitations. From there, I assess your priorities and design a program suited to your space, equipment, and objectives.
